Description: Servicios de La Raza is turning 40 years old this year! We will be celebrating our incredible legacy and kicking off our 40th year of service!

Born at the height of the Civil Rights movement, we have been serving our Latina/o, Chicana/o and Colorado community for 40 years! In 1972, a dozen activists came together to form a strong, culturally-responsive bilingual human services organization that has thrived to this day. To date, we have served almost a million people in Denver by providing critical human services ranging from support for people living with HIV/AIDS, job training for young people, mental health services to severely mentally ill folks, public benefits acquisition, support for survivors of domestic violence and basic emergency services.

Our open house will begin at 3pm through 7pm. Our program will begin at 5:00pm with a blessing by Grupo Tlaloc. Our guest speakers will include Councilwoman Judy Montero, Nita Gonzales and our current leadership.

We will be giving interactive tools, and snacks and beverages will be provided.
