Holistic Yoga Class

Rooted in ancient traditions, Yoga works on the body, mind, and spirit by integrating movement, breath, and mindfulness while promoting personal growth and wellness. Our instructor, Kimmy, will invite students to slow down, feel each posture, and build strength and awareness through intentional alignment and breath.
